Our inspiration and unique approach
The Living Church of Christ Jesus Inc. was inspired by a lifelong commitment to helping those in need, led by Pastor Jeffrey Henry. Our dedicated team of ministers and counselors brings decades of combined experience in community service and spiritual guidance. What makes us unique is our holistic approach to supporting individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and other challenges, extending our reach across the entire state of Florida, from Miami to Tallahassee. We recognize that traditional shelters often fall short, and we aim to provide long-term solutions through education, job placement, and ongoing support, empowering our clients to become productive members of society.

Our vision is to create thriving communities where individuals are empowered to overcome adversity and realize their full potential. We envision a future where homelessness and despair are replaced by hope and opportunity, building a world where every person is valued and respected.
Making a real difference
Pastor Jeffrey Henry embodies our commitment to making a real difference. He has opened his home to many individuals in need, helping them get back on their feet. He believes that God has called him to start 'Stand in the Gap for Jesus' for this very purpose: to provide not just temporary shelter, but genuine, comprehensive help. We focus on what people truly need to rebuild their lives, going beyond overnight stays to offer sustained support and a path to a brighter future. Our program aims to provide a holistic approach to support, addressing fundamental needs such as housing, clothing, food, and hygiene supplies, alongside spiritual and mental guidance.
